The death of someone close is a traumatic time for everyone. Funeral/Memorial Services allow us to share the memories and celebrate the lives of those we have loved and who have loved us.

For many people this has important psychological value, allowing them a time to say “good-bye".  While a funeral is a time of great sadness, it is also the beginning of a new journey, not only for your departed loved one, but also for the family and friends left behind.

I will come to your home to discuss your needs with you and your family,and together we will choose appropriate readings, poetry and music to say farewell in a way that is meaningful for you. It would be helpful if you could make some notes about the deceased's life which I can use to write a eulogy that is a fitting tribute to your loved one. You may wish to include a guided meditation, a letting go ritual, or any special ritual or moment to bring out the beauty and dignity of this unique being.

Pet Funerals

Our animal friends are as much a part of our lives as our human families and we suffer the same as if it was a relative who died. This can be a traumatic time, so I offer a service to say goodbye in a way that will help all those suffering the loss.
